I, Each Peach, sew all of my products within 2 weeks. Postage time is on top of this and usually arrives within a week, sometimes up to 2 weeks depending on where you live (I’m based in regional NSW).
Most of the time, orders process faster than that but faster processing times are not guaranteed.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is ready to post next business day, while the made-to-order products still require 2 weeks (as detailed above) to be created for you. If you order a ready to ship item with a made to order item, the 2 week lead time will apply.

The product(s) you receive will vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:
: Cold/Warm machine wash in a secure, mesh garment bag
: Line dry immediately
: Warm iron (if required), avoiding zip, any snaps and label
: Do not tumble dry
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
: A hot iron is applied
: Left wet, fabric can go mouldy
: Machine washed in hot water
: Washed with bleach, fabric softener or soaking agents

I don’t accept returns for change of mind. I don’t normally keep stock on hand, so when you place an order I will make your item from scratch.
Although, if your item is deemed faulty or misrepresented, then a return or exchange can be arranged.
All measurements and full descriptions can be found on all of my products. If you are unsure if your essential oil bottles will fit in my bags, you will need to check the measurements.
If you feel that you have grounds to return a product, please contact me and I will assess on a case by case basis.
Personalized and/or customised goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Return requests must be bought to my attention within 7 days of receiving the product. I will assess your claim for return within 2 business days. If the return is approved, you will need to post the item back to me within another 2 business days. Once I receive the returned item(s), I will arrange your exchange or refund within 2 business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days (funds receipt on your end will depend on your banking provider).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items must be sent with tracked postage. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use tracked postage.
