Custom and personalised orders

How long will my order take to sew?

I have a small amount of stock on hand, so if you happen to place an order for one of these on hand items, it will be posted out next business day.

All other items have a lead time of 2 weeks until postage (expect postage to take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on where you live). When my store is quiet, I will always endeavour to get your order made sooner.

Why the 2 week lead time?  All of my products are made from scratch, by myself.

Are your oils bags waterproof?

No. My bags have a hidden ‘leak resistant’ layer. This layer is made from PUL (polyurethane laminate). It will contain small leaks. If a whole oil bottle spills in the bag, my product WILL NOT protect against that size spill.

Do your bags have thermal protection?

Yes! All of my bags have full thermal lining. This protects your precious oils from extremes of heat and cold. In saying that though, still don’t keep your oils in very hot or very cold environments.

Who is your delivery provider?

I send all possible parcels via Sendle.  I use this service as they pick up from my home and are cheaper and quicker than Australia Post.

The only time I don’t use Sendle is if the delivery address is out of their delivery area OR if it is to a PO Box.  In these cases, I use Australia Post.

Can I combine shipping?

Most of my parcels are sent at a flat rate of $8, no matter how many items you purchase.

All diffuser bag orders are shipped at a cost of $13.50, no matter how many items you purchase.

My postage charges only just cover my costs, no discounts can be offered.

I do not offer untracked postage.

As soon as your item is posted, I will message you the tracking details.

Do you post internationally?

No unfortunately, I only post to Australia and New Zealand.

I can make arrangements to post to other countries via agreement between myself and the customer.  Please be aware that Australian postage is expensive and can take longer than expected to arrive.

I’m happy to quote overseas postage on a case by case basis.

Do you accept returns?

I don’t accept returns for change of mind.  I don’t normally keep stock on hand, so when you place an order I will make your item from scratch.

Although, if your item is deemed faulty or misrepresented, then a return or exchange can be arranged.

All measurements and full descriptions can be found on all of my products.  If you are unsure if your essential oil bottles will fit in my bags, you will need to check the measurements.

I spend a lot of time making sure my work is as perfect as I can possibly make it, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if there is something about your item that you aren’t happy with… or you can also contact me if you absolutely love it!
